Ingredients:

3' Qualatex Latex Round Balloon        £1.50

3' Balloon Net                                        £1.00

Basket, weight, ribbon                         £ 1.50

filler for basket ( sweets/flowers/plush)

Instructions:

1) Fully inflate the balloon with helium

2) Insert the balloon into the balloon net

3) Tie net to the basket

4) Insert weight into basket and cover with fill

5) Decorate with ribbon
