1 x 16" Diamond clear Qualatex Balloon

9 x 11" Qualatex Latex Balloons

1 Straw

Ribbon

1. Insert straw into uninflated balloon

2. Insert this balloon into the uninflated 16" Diamond clear balloon and adjust till the necks line up.

3. Slide the tip of the helium nozzle between the two necks. Inflate the 16" balloon to 50% capacity

4. Take the balloon off the nozzle. Realign the necks if necessary. Inflate the 11" balloon. As you inflate this the 16" will also increase in size.

5. While tightly grasping the neck of the 11" Balloon closed further inflate the 16" if required. Stretch out the neck of the inside balloon and tie around the neck of the outside balloon.

6. Attach to monofilament line or fishing line and tie to weight.

7. Inflate 2 x 11" balloons to the same size with helium and tie together at the necks

Make a second set of balloons and twist both sets together to make a cluster of four balloons.

8. Hold the cluster against the bottom of the 16" balloon and bring the line up and around the cluster in a figure of eight movement to secure.

9. Repeat steps 7 – 8 and attach the second cluster under the first cluster.

Dress with ribbon as required.
